I received an email from Wiley saying that my grace period had expired but I already purchased WileyPLUS. I have tried getting in contact multiple times but the email will not go through even though I had to make an account on this page and there is no phone number listed. Posting on here because I don't know another way to get in contact and make sure all my information is not lost even though it was already purchased.

Yes, you purchased it and you are all set. The email goes out automatically at the end of your 14 day Grace Period, regardless of registration status.
