      Hi There,

In the book 'Microsoft Windows Networking Essentials Book (ISBN: 978-1-118-01685-5). I see a possible error on page 104. It is in relation to chapter 5 - exploring IPv4,

specifically Table 5.12 (Determining the number of subnets and hosts in a Class C network).

If you select the value intersected by the column headed 'Number of hosts (2h-2) and the row identified  as 7.

The value shown is  0 (2yx2-2)    Note: this is mathematically incorrect.

      It should be     0 (2yx1-2)

      Do you agree?

      Thanks,

      Rgs,

      Mark
