I tried to find any help service on this site and no success. I see that other people have similar problems and they do not get reply. I tried to do online test with my access code and nothing moves from the fist question. I logged out and logged in again - nothing changed. I can assume that something can get wrong on the site, things happen. But I don't understand why there is no any support service for this product.
