WileyPLUS assignment not showing in Blackboard Grade Center

I have established an Assignment in WileyPLUS, linked to the Assignment in Blackboard, but the grades from the quiz as taken by the students, does not show in Blackboard Grade Center, even after performing the WileyPLUS Grade Refresh.

What is odd, is the Quiz does show in Blackboard, but with all Zeros (0's) for the student results, but I can see the actual results when I review the Gradebook in WileyPLUS.

Can anyone assist?
