I recently purchased a custom textbook for the University of Tennessee, Knoxville Finance 301 class. Due to the university not having enough textbook and access code bundles on hand, nearly one hundred students were forced to wait for the next shipment to arrive while using the 14 day trial membership in order to complete our coursework and assignments. My textbook bundle did not arrive before the 14 day trial window expired, so I had no choice but to purchase a WileyPLUS access code in order to be able to turn my assignments in. My bundle finally arrived, but I no longer need the access code. I would still like to keep the textbook, which is still in its sealed packaging, but I was hoping to see if I would be able to return the unused access code for some sort of rebate or return.
