I'm trying to register for a course

    Anastasia Smith

I took a course last semester and it isn't marked as finish, but this semester I am taking a course that uses the same book and it's not letting me register. What can I do to resolve this?

          Hello Anastasia,

          Thank you for your post!

I may be able to move you, but doing so will result in the loss of all progress in your current class section. What is your instructor's name and the class section you need to be in?

          Have a good evening!

          - Chrys

                Hello Chrys,

I have the same dilema as Anastasia.

I understand that I will loose all progress in my current section, and I will start from scratch.

Notice, same class, professor, building, book, just two classrooms down.

Background: The college made a mandatory security change in the middle of the semester and caused all kinds of havac because it required the students and staff to register in five seperate websites, create new usernames, and password, and required verification and mandatory cell phone text access for a pin code that only lasted for ten minutes and sometimes it would take over half an hour to arrive to then be told that the pn was expired, etc. etc. And Wiley registration was no easy task either because it could only be accessed through Blackboard, and the schools Blackboard was down a lot of times.

I thank you in advance for all your help.
