Tech support has looked into this. The Interactive Tutorial 2.3 audio is playing correctly.
Please try upgrading your browser to the latest version, clear your browser cache/history, and try playing it again.
If that does not work, please let us know what is your hardware, operating system, and browser and version that you are using so tech support can investigate further why this is not working for you.

I have been trying to log onto wileyplus for the course I am enrolled in, but the few times I have logged on today, it takes an awful lot of time to download the exercises. But right now I am not able to log onto wileyplus. Can someone fix this? Thanks!

This is Kyle Starost using another account to respond to the question you asked and comments you made.
First of all, yes the problem was fixed.
Second, I am responding through this account because for some forsaken reason I am required to log in again through customer support rather than simply through my WileyPlus program for ACCT 101: Intro to financial accounting, Spring 2017 (sec 102) and the same credentials I have used are no longer valid......(I can still log into my Wiley Plus dashboard......)
I am thoroughly perturbed with the fact that I never received notification of a response to this comment that I made so long ago. I was hoping for a notification within my dashboard or even in my Wiley Plus account....
I found out about your response way after the fact when I discussed the problem with my teacher, but kept postponing response since couldn't figure out a way to get back into the account and ironically, I can't log into the account to get Customer Support for that issue....
I agree that I waited too long for a response, but Wiley actually makes it so hard to first know that there was a response and second to actually log in to the customer support to respond to any support responses. I am able to log into my Wiley Plus account, but STILL have not been able to log into my Customer Support account............ This is why I am responding through a different account.
I apologize for any inconvenience or negative consequences that may have occurred due to my negligence, but holy cow Wiley programs actually aren't that practical sometimes.....
