I see you've tried contacting our technical support through Live Chat but were having connectivity issues. That would suggest that that is also why you were having trouble logging in to WileyPLUS. Intermittent connectivity can lead to session errors in WileyPLUS that kick you out.

Once you've done that, make sure you have a stable internet connection and then try logging in again.
