How to access your case:
1. Navigate to: https://hub.wiley.com/community/support/wileyplus
2. Locate the 'Contact History' header.
3. Find your case in the list, and click where it says: CASE No. ########.
3a-1. If you do not see your case, click 'More...' in the lower-right corner.
3a-2. Click on the case number in the list of cases.
From there, please update your case with the below requested information.
- Instructor's Name
- Textbook Title+Edition
- Registration Code
- School you are attending
