My grace period just ended, and I was originally synced through my University's website, so i never had to log in through WILEYplus. but now when i click on they sync link the balance pops up as 0.00 and I cant check out, and I also cant log in because i never had to. So i created this account to ask this question.
I'm sorry about that, Meghan--Please, try using a different browser logging in to WileyPLUS through your school's Canvas. I have found that Firefox ( https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/ ) and Chrome ( https://www.google.com/chrome/ ) tend to work better than other browsers.
If this doesn't help, please contact Customer Care to purchase a code over the phone.
