Hello Declan, thank you for reaching out -- I've logged into your WileyPLUS course to try and replicate the issue and wasn't able to. This leads me to believe that this is a browser issue. Here is the WileyPLUS browser checker.
WileyPLUS and WileyPLUS Learning Space are designed to function in one window or tab at a time, trying to have it open in more than one will result in a session error. These session lock outs can also occur with a intermittent internet signal, as WileyPLUS will detect it as multiple logins. As a result, we recommend having a stable, wired internet connection when working on assignments, especially timed assignments.
When you are having this issue, it is best to clear your cache and cookies thoroughly, and then re-login. You can also open up a private browsing window (which bypasses your saved cache and cookies).

Thanks for the reply Tom.
Unfortunately, none of your reccomendations have worked. I have attempted to use multiple browsers, multiple devices, and multiple networks and have yet to access the homework or textbook. Throughout all of these sessions, WileyPlus was only open in one window. My wired home Internet connection and school connection are both quite stable. I have tried both Chrome and Firefox, both result in the same error.
Furthermore, on one of the many devices I've had issue with, one of my classmates logged into her account quite easily.
I can assure you it is not a browser, cache, or network issue on my end, as I have tested the program through a variety of each. This message:
has appeared in literally every instance I have use WileyPlus for this class. Note that this is Firefox, and a private browsing window is open.
I sincerely hope you can help me before I have to drop this course.
Let me add: Yes, I have contacted my system administrator for help. They said there is nothing they can do because my school does not host any WileyPlus servers.
Although this message still seems suspect, as it has occurred across different networks anyways.
I am getting this error as well. I also tried the solutions that were provided and still am receiving nothing. This happens when I try to access the e-book and chapter 5 of the study.
