I just had the exact same issue.
I had to request an access code for CISSP study guide online resources (which I didn't get upon my purchase order) but received a blank code...
Any help would be appreciated
Same issue here. I used the www.support.wiley.com support link.
I don't know if it works because I can't find my supportrequest in "my cases" tab.
I hope Wiley will resolve this issue fast and testbanksybex is of better quality.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience! This is a known issue that the product team is working to resolve.
In the meantime, we are able to provide everyone with working access codes. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a copy of your receipt, or a picture of the back cover and copyright page of the book.
