I was able to find this on the GMAT help page, it might help:
This usually happens for one of the following reasons:
- You are not using the latest version of the Internet browser.
- Occasionally, the page-loading process is interrupted or does not occur properly. Please click your browserâ€™s refresh button.
I am facing the same problem of accessing the questions on the question bank. After I select the difficulty level, choose the section that I want to test and enter the session name and number of questions, a window appears saying that the system is preparing the questions. But the questions never appear on the screen and the test doesn't begin.
I request you to kindly rectify this error as I really want to use sources that I have got from my official GMAT book.
I have tried again after clearing the cache and cookies and also in the private browsing mode. But it just doesn't seem to work.
Request your help regarding this.
