    OG 2020 Online Question Bank Error

      I tried logging on to the online question bank at gmat.wiley.com and entered my email and my activation PIN but I keep getting the following error:

      We are currently processing your request. Please go back to login page and try again. If you encounter this error again, please contact the customer service to resolve this issue



      This error keeps coming back even after trying with different mails and on different computers. What is the problem here?
