I am having issues reaching customer support about a content error in a part-level question. It seems that the algorithmic code was not finalized and all the possible values for the question are showing up, so I cannot actually read the question and answer the following. I created a case about the issue at 11:00 AM this morning and it is now 8:00 PM. If there's any way to reach customer support in a timely manner I would love to know!!

In the future, I recommend working with your instructor regarding any content error concerns. Your instructor has the ability to report a content error from within the question, and they can also grant exceptions, as needed. It usually takes 24-48 hours for a content error to be reviewed by a subject-matter expert.
