The emails will automatically go out to leaders based on the delivery dates you selected when you created the assessments.
The AwaitingAcceptance status means that, that assessment will be the first to go out and that leader has not yet created an LPI account.
The PendingLaunch status means that, that assessment will be the second assessment and its status will remain until the second delivery date is reached.
Observers will need to be manually entered for both assessments.

Delivering a Healthy WA
I am trying to launch the LPI 360+ reassessment, and have contact tech support more than once, but have not yet had a proper response.
I now have 2 active cases open for this, and still not sure of what to do.
I seem to be unable to load a new set of observers for the reassessment survey, the button is greyed out.
I've been told to go to the 'active' survey and manage observers from there - but this is the original survey, and if I delete observers (the ones who are not relevant to use in the reassessment) then I presume this will be deleting their data and responses to the first survey!
