Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? When I clear my Cache it does not help. I am clicking on a link from my eCampus website with University of Phoenix.
Most often, when this error occurs it is because WileyPLUS is open in more than one Internet Browser Window or Tab.
I recommend closing all of your windows, opening one--clearing your cache and cookies and then logging in again.
Should you have this issue continue, you can always login with a private browser (though this should prevent it).
