Hello - I purchased a book last night and was able to read it on my Mac book. This morning I tried to transfer it to my iPad, and following the instructions I downloaded the Bluefire Reader, which requires authorization to an AdobeID. However when entered my AdobeID I got an error that "This item was originally downloaded with a different user account of Adobe ID. To continue, please add the account"
I have only been using one account. Who can help please?
That's an excellent question, Akram--I would double check the Adobe ID on the authorization in your Macbook. It is either not-authorized, meaning the Adobe ID has been voided for that download, or it is a different Adobe ID that you used.
