Access code doesn´t work

Dear Wiley´s team,

Please, I bought my OCA Java SE 8 Programmer 1 study guide and I registered my item 3 years ago, exactly 05/07/2015 and I got my Access Code, but I doesn´t work. Please, Is possible to get a new access code?, I hope that you can help me asap.
