    Unable to log in to my account?

      Hi! After registering and purchasing the online textbook for my accounting course, I discovered I was unable to login. This error message popped up:


      Invalid email or password.

      • You may have mistyped your email address or password, or used a different e-mail address when you initially registered for WileyPLUS. Please try again.
      • You may need to register. Please follow the prompts below.
      • If you have forgotten your password, please use the "Forgot Password" feature below.
      • If you believe you have received this message in error, or if you have forgotten the email address with which you registered, contact WileyPLUS Technical Support.


      I tried to change my password, but it wouldn't let me do so. My email should be correct as the automated message sent to that email had my name in it. What can I do?
