Code didn't last for a full year like it was supposed to

I had purchased a WileyPlus code that was supposed to work for a two-semester course, and now it's the start of the second semester, and I'm unable to access the class for this semester to complete my homework. What do I do?

          Hello Riley,

          Thank you for your post!

WileyPLUS codes are not semester-specific and your account will be able to continue accessing any new class sections within a course as long as the textbook/edition remains the same. I see that you're not currently enrolled in any active class sections.

Your instructor should have provided you with a student flyer, or a class section ID, where you can go to access the new section. Navigate to that class and log in with your existing account. As long as the new class section uses one of the below titles, you will be granted immediate access. If the edition has changed, please let me know:

          Kieso, Intermediate Accounting, 16e

202/223: Financial Accounting, WileyPLUS Custom Course for Montana State University – Bozeman

Please let me know if you have any questions. Have a great day!
