    registering my access code

      while registering my access code and creating an account, I got a message from WileyPLUS saying "We are having problems authenticating your account. You will need to logout and log back in." when logging out and trying to log back in, it states that there is no account under my email and password. I am extremely confused and unsure what I need to do. if someone could get back with me ASAP, it would be greatly appreciated since my class has already started and I do not want to get too far behind or lose points due to this site.
