Redeem access to CCSP Sybex questions for book Kindle version

Hello,

I bought the Kindle version of the CCSP Official Study Guide: Sybex: CCSP (ISC)2 Certified Cloud Security Professional Official Study Guide - Brian T. O'Hara, Ben Malisow

As per book, under "What Is Included with the Additional Study Tools", access to Sybex Test Banks  with electronic flashcards and bonus practice exams for CCSP is also provided. However, the book is not listed in Sybextextbanks and the Kindle version does not provide an access code to automatically redeem acces.

Question: how may I have access to this content, if possible under the same Sybex Test Bank account where I have for example the tests for CISSP.
