I am a Wiley Student Partner at UNC-Greensboro for NTR 213 which uses WileyPLUS with Grosvenor Visualizing Nutrition 3e and iProfile online.
Several students and professors have been encountering problems using iProfile software as of yesterday and today. They are unable to load certain reports, some reports that they did load did not have any of the data (food and activities) that was previously entered and saved, some students weren't able to delete some foods from their reports, etc. It seems that the problems are varied but are happening for many different users, using different internet browsers/computers has not helped either. Has anyone else been experiencing similar issues? It is clear that we need some technical support within the system to help students work on their projects.
