I started my class on the grace period, but purchased the required text before the end of the grace period. I received an email today warning me that the grace period was ending and that I needed to purchase. I see no indication anywhere else that this is the case, and want to be sure there isn't some step that I missed. Is it normal for them to warn of a grace period ending even if you've already purchased the product? The link in the email doesn't take me anywhere to purchase either, is there some place i have to register the code I've purchased on the site?
Thanks for reaching out Robert! That email is an automated email, that goes out to anyone who has accessed WileyPLUS through Grace Period, regardless if you purchased access or not. If you've applied a registration code to your account, you have nothing to worry about.
