Hi - purchased this twice and request a refund for the 1st, but it's still not working. Also, its been over 24 hours and I have not received a response to all my questions. My assignment is due today and I have requested to the school that we not use WILEY given your bad UI, lack of support, and incredibly high cost. For 170 per person customer service is expected yet nothing on your site is working. I've never had this problem with Pearson, btw. You may want to look to them for guidance.
