I registered for the wrong class section

Hi, I registered for the wrong class section and need to switch into the correct one. I cannot seem to get the chat feature working. It just keep saying, "Please hold while we connect you to an agent", but never goes anywhere. Anyway, here is my information:

Instructor's name: Jack Cathey

Name of correct course section: ACCT3321: INTERMEDIATE ACCOUNTING, ACCT 5311 - Summer 2016

I have the same request. I accidentally signed up for SU16 ACC 204 Section 62A - ISMAIL, but I need to be registered for: SU16 ACC 204 Section 63A - ISMAIL.
