    WileyPlus not working?

      I'm posting this here because Wiley Customer Support hasn't responded to my request for 5 days. I bought WileyPlus along with my course for the full 130USD. However, whenever I try to access the modules or e-Textbook, it tells me to buy WileyPlus again. I have the receipts too to show that I bought WileyPlus. Why can I not access my e-textbook? Do I need to enter in a registration code as well? I tried using the trial too, but all that did was make the trial button disappear. Please quickly help!
