Clearing your browsing history is not an effective troubleshooting option. Typically, you will need to clear your browser's cache and cookies, which does not include the browsing history. If you are opening multiple instances of WileyPLUS simultaneously, then you will need to close all open instances of WileyPLUS, clear your cache and cookies and re-open the website in only 1 tab or window.
You could also use a private browsing window, which ignores temporary files, to connect, instead.
