I see that you already have a technical support case open and that you are trying to access student solutions manual online, but that you only purchased the offline, loose-leaf version.

You can access the textbook for Organic Chemistry 3rd Edition in WileyPLUS, but not the solutions manual--that is a supplement.

If you only purchased the loose-leaf, then you only have access to the loose-leaf.
