Hey, I purchased an access code for Wiley Plus for my Intermediate Accounting class but my teacher later informed me that I needed it for my WileyPlus Next generation. I was given an ode course number and after the purchase was made, my teacher realized that I had the wrong code. I was told that I need to get a refund or a new code for Wiley Next Generation
I see that there is already an open technical support case for you--please reply to the agents email with your Wiley order number.
If you didn't purchase your code from us, reply to the agent explaining that your code is for Next Generation and not for Regular WileyPLUS, and give them your code that starts with a W.
They can assist you in getting a replacement.
