    PIN Retrieval after e-book purchase

      Trying to retrieve PIN through the dummies/go/getaccess and I keep getting "Sorry, your answer is incorrect. Please try again."

       

      This E=book has 9 books in it so asking questions similar to "What is the title of Chapter 4" is not specific enough .... Chapter 4 in which book?

       

      Customer support please provide me a PIN so I can access the other benefits of this e-Book.
