I'm trying to retrieve a token and I keep getting an error message. I have an invoice for my token that has my account number but it doesn't have an "order number". I have tried to put in the invoice number, the purchase order number, and the subscription number and none of those worked.
I've created a technical support case for you and have sent you an email. Please, respond to that email with the requested information and I should be able to resolve this for you.
