I am a student and I accidentally registered for the wrong class in WileyPLUS. How can this be fixed?
Please contact Wiley Technical Support by clicking on "Contact Us" or "Live Chat" on our support page and a representative will be able to help you. You will need to provide the representative the correct class URL/section name where you should be enrolled.
At the same time, you should notify your instructor of the error so they are aware of any delay in your assignments. Also, please be aware if you have completed any homework assignments while in the wrong class, changing classes will cause any previously submitted work and grades to be deleted.
