Refund Policy

    Question:

    I am dropping my class and wanted to see if I can get a refund.  What is the refund policy for WileyPLUS?

     

    Answer:

    Wiley can only provide refunds for purchases made from Wiley as the retailer, this includes wiley.com or wileyplus.com. If you purchased your WileyPLUS registration code from another seller, such as Amazon, eBay, any online or local bookstore or another student, please contact those parties directly to inquire about a refund.

     

    • A refund will be provided for unused WileyPLUS registration codes on requests made within 30 days of purchase.
    • A refund will be provided for used WileyPLUS registration codes on requests made within 14 days of purchase.
    • Refund requests for used codes made outside 14 days of purchase will be approved on a case-by-case basis.
    • No refunds will be approved for codes which were packaged with a textbook, unless the complete package of the textbook and code are returned together.

    Please Note: Once a refund is processed, your access to WileyPLUS will be terminated and all previous work completed with that code will be deleted.
