    Firefox 3.5.x – 6.0

     

    In Firefox 3.5.x - 6.0, for the Mac  and PC, you can clear your cookies and cache by completing the following  procedure:

     

    1. From the top menu bar select  Tools and then Clear Recent History.
    2. In the Time Range to Clear drop  down Window select the "Everything" option.
    3. Click the down arrow button next  to Details and make sure all of the check boxes have checks in them.
    4. Click the Clear Now button.
    5. Close out all browsers before  continuing. The new settings will be available once you reopen Firefox.

     

     

    Firefox 7.0 and above

    In Firefox 7.0 and above, for the  Mac and PC, you can clear your cookies and cache by completing the following  procedure:

     

    1. From the top menu bar select History and then Clear Recent History.
    2. In the Time Range to Clear drop down Window select the  "Everything" option.
    3. Click the down arrow button next to Details and make sure all of the check  boxes have checks in them.
    4. Click the Clear Now button.
    5. Close out all browsers before continuing. The new settings will be available  once you reopen Firefox.

     


    Google Chrome

     

    In Google Chrome, you can clear  your cookies and cache by completing the following procedure:

     

    1. Click the Chrome menu button on the browser toolbar or by pressing CTRL +  SHIFT + DEL on your keyboard. (NOTE: The Chrome menu button is to the right of  the address bar and it has three gray lines in it.)
    2. Select More Tools
    3. Select Clear browsing data
    4. Select “the beginning of time” from the drop down menu for Obliterate the  Following Items From
    5. Make sure "Browsing history", "Download history",  "Cookies and other site and plugin data" and "Cached images and  files" have a check in the checkbox
    6. Press the Clear browsing data button
    7. Close all browsers before continuing. The new settings will be available  once you reopen Chrome.

     

    Internet Explorer 6

     

    In Internet Explorer 6 you can  clear your cookies and cache by completing the following procedure:

     

    1. From the top menu bar, click Tools, and  select Internet Options.
    2. Click the General Tab.
    3. Click the Delete Files button.
    4. Click the OK button on the Delete Files  dialog box when prompted.
    5. Click the Delete Cookies button.
    6. Click the OK button on the Delete Cookies  dialog box when prompted.
    7. Click the OK button to close out the Internet Options Window.
    8. Close all browsers before continuing. The  new settings will be available once you reopen Internet Explorer.

     

    Internet Explorer 7

     

    In Internet Explorer 7 you can  clear your cookies and cache by completing the following procedure:

     

    1. From the top menu bar, click  Tools, and select Internet Options.
    2. Click the General Tab.
    3. In the Browsing History section  click the Delete button.
    4. Click the Delete Files button.
    5. Click the OK button on the Delete  Files dialog box when prompted.
    6. Click the Delete Cookies button
    7. Click the OK button on the Delete  Cookies dialog box when prompted.
    8. Click the Close button to close  out the Delete Browsing History Window.
    9. Click the OK button to close out  the Internet Options Window
    10. Close all browsers before  continuing. The new settings will be available once you reopen Internet  Explorer.

     

    Internet Explorer 8

     

    In Internet Explorer 8 you can  clear your cookies and cache by completing the following procedure:

     

    From the top menu bar, click Tools, and select Internet Options.

     

    1. Click the General Tab.
    2. In the Browsing History section click the Delete button.
    3. Place a check in the checkboxes for Temporary Internet Files and Cookies
    4. Click the Delete button
    5. Click the OK button to close out the Internet Options Window
    6. Close all browsers before continuing. The new settings will be available  once you reopen Internet Explorer.


    Internet Explorer 9

     

    In Internet Explorer 9 you can clear  your cookies and cache by completing the following procedure:

     

    1. From the top menu bar, click Tools --> Safety -->Delete browsing  history. (NOTE: The Tools Option looks like a Gear Icon in the Upper Right Hand  Corner of the screen)
    2. Place a check in the checkboxes for Temporary Internet Files and Cookies  (NOTE: If you have the website listed as a Favorite, then uncheck Preserve  Favorite website data)
    3. Click the Delete button
    4. You should get a confirmation window at the bottom of the screen that says  "Internet Explorer has finished deleting the selected browsing  history."
    5. Close all browsers before continuing. The new settings will be available  once you reopen Internet Explorer.

     

    Internet Explorer 10

     

    In Internet Explorer 10 you can  clear your cookies and cache by completing the following procedure:

     

    1. From the top menu bar, click Tools --> Safety -->Delete browsing  history. (NOTE: The Tools Option looks like a Gear Icon in the Upper Right Hand  Corner of the screen)

    1. Select the ... icon in the top right corner of the browser window to get to  the settings menu. (NOTE: You can also access this menu by holding Ctrl + Shift  + Delete. By using this shortcut you may skip down to step 3.)
    2. In the settings menu, towards the bottom, click on Choose what to clear.
    3. Select Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files. After the  two are marked click on clear.
    4. Close all browsers before continuing.   The new settings will be available once you reopen Microsoft Edge.

     

     

    Safari 5.0 and below  for Mac

     

    In Safari 5.0 and below, for your  Mac, you can clear your cookies and cache by completing the following  procedure:
     
      1. From the top menu bar click Safari and select Empty Cache.
      2. Click the Empty button, when prompted.
      3. From the top menu bar click Safari and select Preferences.
      4. Click the Security Tab.
      5. Click the Show Cookies button.
      6. Click the Remove All button.
      7. Click the Done Button.
      8. Click the Red X to close out the Security Window.
      9. Close all browsers before continuing. The new settings will be available  once you reopen Safari.

     

     

    Safari 5.1.x for Mac

     

    In Safari 5.1.x, for your Mac, you  can clear your cookies and cache by completing the following procedure:
     
      1. From the top menu bar click Safari and select Empty Cache.
      2. Click the Empty button, when prompted.
      3. From the top menu bar click Safari and select Preferences.
      4. Click the Privacy Tab.
      5. Click the Details button.
      6. Click the Remove All button.
      7. Click the Remove Now Button.
      8. Click the Done button.
      9. Click the Red X button to close out the Privacy Window.
      10. Close all browsers before continuing. The new settings will be available  once you reopen Safari.

     

     

    Safari 6.0 and above  for Mac

     

    In Safari 6 and above, you can clear  your cookies and cache by completing the following procedure:
     
     
      **Clearing your Cache**
     
      1. Open Safari
      2. From the Safari Menu select Preferences
      3. Click the Advanced Tab
      4. Place a check mark next to "Show Develop Menu in Menu Bar".
      5. In the Safari Menu Bar select Develop --> Empty Cache
      6. Close all browsers before continuing.
     
     
      **Clearing your Cookies**
     
      1. Open Safari
      2. Choose Safari --> Preferences, and then click Privacy.
      3. Click Details.
      4. Select one or more websites that stores cookies, and then click Remove or  Remove All.
      5. When you finish removing websites, click Done.

     

     

    Safari 5.0 and below  for PC

     

    In Safari 5.0 and below, for your  PC, you can clear your cookies and cache by completing the following procedure:
     
      1. From the top menu bar click Edit and select Empty Cache.
