    Please choose carefully, Wiley Australia does not issue a refund if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.

    Where goods are faulty or damaged, incorrectly supplied, wrongly described, are not of merchantable quality or are not fit for their intended purpose, you may choose between a refund or exchange.

     

    Incorrectly supplied and wrongly described physical product must be returned in an unused condition.

     

    All returns of this nature must be pre-authorised by our Customer Service Department.
