    Can I return my order?

     

    Answer:

     

    If you are not completely satisfied the product purchased from John Wiley & Sons Singapore Pte. Ltd., please return it within 21 days of receipt for a replacement copy or a full refund, with the exceptions noted below. Wiley will reimburse the cost of shipping for returns of any item sent in error.

     

    Except for books that are received damaged or in error, Print-on-Demand titles are not returnable.

     

    E-books are non-refundable and non-returnable.

     

    Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we have delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.

     

    Please package the item securely and send it to us with a copy of the delivery slip to the Returns Department at the following address:
